Residences at Pacific City has the most innovative collection of apartment homes in Huntington Beach. Situated amidst trendy retail boutiques and a bustling new restaurant scene, this beachside haven is just a stone's throw away from the sand. As part of my contribution, I designed a captivating brochure in a newspaper format, showcasing the remarkable offerings of this property.

On top of the brochure, I've designed numerous eye-catching email blasts and social media ads to entice potential residents and drive website traffic to the property. Furthermore, I've designed a variety of print collateral for the property, including postcards and print ads featured in the Los Angeles Times. Additionally, I created in-house materials like striking signage and engaging mailroom decals.
